If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader.
– John Quincy Adams

According to The American Heritage Dictionary of the English Language, leadership is defined as follows:
- The position or office of a leader: ascended to the leadership of the party.
- Capacity or ability to lead: showed strong leadership during her first term in office.
- A group of leaders: met with the leadership of the nation’s top unions.
- Guidance; direction: The business prospered under the leadership of the new president.
Satisfied, didn’t think so, offer your thoughts on leadership. My cousin Benny says, “your not a leader if no one is following you.” I tend to think about leadership in terms of work accomplished behind the scenes. You know, what your doing when no one is watching.

Mike… The Fitness GURU! The Theologian! Yes Leadership is an easy word to say yet hard concept to grasp. I have learned mike that leadership takes time. We can fake leadership attributes if we learn the right scriptures and articulate the right vision but Genuine Christ-like leadership takes time to develope.
Leadership In my view is more about “Who is Christ is in me than who am I in Christ! We need both but to be Led by Christ is vital in order to beginning leading for Christ.
Continue becoming a great leader in our culture.
