What would you add?

I recently did a post on my ‘Ten Tips for Improving Fitness.‘ I want to know what you might add to this list? Maybe you have or had great results from a set of habits or tips developed for improving your fitness, and or to promote weight loss. Please share your set of tips, feedback and ideas.

Remember, don’t assume if something works for you, it will work for everyone else. People have different and specific needs.

    Hey Miguel,
Two very simple additions to every diet should be plenty of fiber and ample amounts of water. Fiber aids significantly in digestion (helps make you feel clean) and the water helps your blood stay as liquid as possible, allowing your heart to work as efficiently as possible- allowing you to do more and have a healthy heart.

These two simple aides can be simply done by eating foods such as oatmeal, fruits (with out sugar added), veggies, as well as whole wheat and grains. Simple additions and substitutions. As for water, I’ve heard you should drink half your body weight in ounces of water per day. I weigh 190lbs so my daily intake of water would be 95 ounces. I drink about 190 ounces of water a day actually and it really helps with energy.

    Stay hydrated!!!!!!!!!!

Hey Kevin, your right, two simple but significant additions for all diets. Water is huge for me and I normally drink beyond what is required daily.

Kevin, anything new added to your workouts recently? Thanks for the tips bro!
